This group is not part of the GNU Project.
With Model Builder you can easily enter your own system of ODE(s) in a simple syntax (actually Python) as well as values or expressions for parameters.
The System is integrated numerically using the LSODE package which can handle stiff (BDF method) or non-stiff (adams method) systems, and displays a time plot of the results at the end of the intergration. The program can also display a tabular output of the results.
The equations may be non-autonomous, and may contain stochastic terms. The solver uses variable step sizes and adjusts the order of the integration method automatically at each step.
Model Builder also has a module for Bayesian uncertainty analysis.
The program requires Python, wxPython 2.4, NumPy, Scipy, Rpy and matplotlib to run.
