Hey Ciaran O'Riordan or others,

I think this works now.  The search interface looks like it queries across a lot of the fields, including "subprograms" (command-line applications available from the package), "filename" (name of the actual directory source file) and "keywords" (obviously the place to inflate search engine results).

An "Acronym" field would be useful for each project.
This would make the projects more searchable as a user
could search for "GNOME Display Manager" or "GDM" and
get the same page.

This also would limit one possible cause of duplicate
entries.

This change should not require much work, just add a
new field to the database and leave existing entrys as
they are.  No current usefulness would be lost and the
project would benefit in the long term.

A less elegant alternative would be to add a few alias
fields to the database.
