Hi!  You seem to be GNU Octave.  Sorry but we don't know anything about GNU Octave here.  I looked at their support page:

https://www.gnu.org/software/octave/support.html

They mention sending an email to help AT octave.org for help questions, but specifically not for bug reports.  So I kept looking and found their bug reporting page:

https://www.gnu.org/software/octave/bugs.html

It is really quite a good documentation page for reporting bugs.  And there is a link from that page to their bug tracker.  I suggest starting there and submitting your issue with them.

Since we are not them and they are not us there isn't anything more I can do about your bug report.  Good luck!

I am using Octave GUI 5.1.0, and I would like to use some statistics functions for process control. Specifically, "capability" "controlchart" and "capaplot". They all belong to the statistics package, but have not been implemented. Would implementing these functions be possible?
