Dear Yori,

Thank you very much for getting in touch :-).

Can you explain this part a little more: "... I could guaranty that the analysis has been ran on the hardware I am claiming"

Generally, parallelization is indeed a very interesting problem when it comes to reproducibility. It highly depends on the nature of the problem, the lower-level number-crunching software and analysis strategy. We have a discussion on it in task #15737 (using slurm & openmpi), which is still ongoing, so if this is indeed the case, please feel free to share your thoughts and experience there ;-).

Dear developer,

I have an issue my scientific pipeline is quite large and requires to run on a cluster of few hundreds of machines.

So in practice my pipeline is not reproducible. Does Maneage include some kind of signature procedure so that I could guaranty that the analysis has been ran on the hardware I am claiming?

Until now, I could think of solving this issue only with trusted computing but maybe you have an alternative.

I wish you a nice day,
