Thank you for the update, Eric!

I have now disabled non-fast forward pushes for nmh.git again.  Please
don't hesitate to write to us again with any future requests. :-)

We have finished repairing master.

Thank you!

Thank you for saying all of the right things to make this easy.  I have opened the nmh repository to allow non-fastforward commits.  Let us know!

Just to note that I expect that virtually no one will be adversely affected by enabling non-fast forward for nmh.  It's a relatively quiet repo, the previous commit was nearly 3 months ago.  I don't think that many people poll it nightly, and anyone who does should be able to handle this loss of commits.

Thing is, these were rough draft middle of the night commits. I don’t even know for sure WHAT is in there. I can’t even say for certain I own all the rights to everything in there.

It really needs to go ASAP.

Thank you!

Hi,

A developer accidentally pushed a bunch of not-ready-for-primetime work on the nmh project's master branch.

I understand that the official position of Savannah is no code should be lost, and the developer has pushed this code to a different branch so it is still available.  Given this, can non-fast forwards please be enabled for nmh?
