Oh!  I did not know about that checkboxed feature.  Nice that it is configurable.

...unless "My Account Conf" -> "Hide email address from your account information" is checked; it still shan't hide email e.g. in feedback messages.

The problem with making email visible is that people complain and file bug tickets that their email is visible.  And therefore it became necessary to hide it.  As a compromise it is hidden for anonymous visitors but visible to logged in users.  It is impossible to make both sets of people happy because they want conflicting things.

Your email is viewable for logged in users; we generally hide emails from anonymous visitors.

The User ID in your key does contain an email, so it can be derived without using additional sources.

Thank you, fixed.  Now you should be able to edit your skill list and make it public; in 2019, adding resume was disabled for users who aren't members of any Savannah group.

Savannah is the forge for the GNU Project; please don't say that GNU/Linux is "Linux" when using our facilities.

I have edited my resume and skills in the configuration panel but now I can not operate it. If I select "yes" for "Do you want your resume to be activated" then I get either no response or it displays "user skill update failed". I wanna have my email and my skills to be publicly viewable. What can I do? tested Linux/Epiphany & Android with the same result.
