I followed Jing's advice and added all of the FSF addresses to an allow list.

Michael, This problem can be reproduced on wildebeest1p itself using this command.

rwp@wildebeest1p:~$ curl http://www.gnu.org/new-savannah-project/new.py -s -F type=gnu -F project=texinfo
Too Many Requests

(This command is IP range restricted.  For those that try it from home it will either be blocked by the anti-abuse or it will be blocked by the IP range restriction.  It's only useful from the LAN system or localhost which is itself an anti-abuse tactic.)

Gavin, I manually triggered the machinery behind the scenes to update texinfo web pages in order to make your recent updates visible.

I have committed new versions of the Texinfo manuals for the Texinfo webpages, but after I run "cvs commit", the following lines are printed:

Triggering webpages update...
Too Many Requests

Some of the pages are updated but some aren't.

According to https://savannah.gnu.org/maintenance/HomepageUpload/, I should post here if this happens.

"Exception: large updates, involving either many updates or many megabytes, may not be fully completed. Unfortunately, there is no warning when this happens (Savannah does not receive any information from the backend FSF machines), it's just that some files may not be present. If you notice this, the thing to do is submit a new ticket at Savannah support tracker."

Would you be able to fix it please?
