The fix for bug #33556 in revision 90 works in remote sites thanks to Blip.tv JSONP API.

There is documentation for developers at Blip.tv's wiki. Everything is documented perfectly. There is a documentation how to extract data from embed code. The example uses XML, but skin=JSON is available. With JSON there is no same-origin restriction.

The links of the embedded clips are shortened. They redirect to the full link.

To support remote clips from blip.tv, the full link is needed, because it contains the video id. If there is no way to get the full link, remote clips could not be supported from the userscript. XHR is not an option because of the same origin policy.

Information is needed about the patterns and the regular expressions.
