It does show up on https://savannah.nongnu.org/projects/simple-estimators/; what access do you mean?

Thank you for approving my project simple-estimators.  I am not able to access it yet today.  Is there a delay before it is up?

Description:

This project is to make publicly available my source C code with the key algorithm for calculating Simple Estimators for Network Sampling (https://arxiv.org/abs/1804.00808v2).

The intention is to post the essential code snips so that developers of network sampling packages can add these estimators to their package, including those written in R.

The network sample surveys are carried out for people at risk for HIV/AIDS in order to find interventions to bring down the epidemic.  The estimators introduced here have less bias and lower mean square error than those in current use (see the linked paper).  The code is fast, is developed on the GNU/Linux operating system.
