"GROMACS is a versatile package to perform molecular dynamics, i.e. simulate the Newtonian equations of motion for systems with hundreds to millions of particles." It is a commonly used package in molecular dynamics simulations and has been proposed to be included in Maneage by Yahya Sefidbakht.

Yahya just recommended Glaab+2015 (https://doi.org/10.1093/bib/bbv037) which is a survey of some free software solutions in computational biology.
This can be a good resource of some free software solutions in computational biology that we can consider adding to Maneage beyond GROMACS.
So I just updated the title of this task to generally keep a registry of such software here and try building them into Maneage.
