TODO: check if --enable-avx --enable-sse2 is only present in Maneage for fftw in high-level.mk or if is present upstream for fftw (version 3 or later); report it upstream if it's an upstream portability bug too check if libpng and ghostscript have thought of using CFLAGS="-DPNG_ARM_NEON_OPT=0" to increase their portability; if not, then propose it upstream.
