I dont understand why this is relevant to aprove my submit. I try stuff and do changes in my computer, you can not see the last changed file date in my computer. You see only the uploaded tar.

Yes. We expect that the maintainers of new packages understand licensing of their dependencies; without that, we may end up with proprietary software distributed on Savannah, and worse.

Now, I can see that src/util/sha256.c is covered by the OpenSSL license, and it's GPL-incompatible. How can you explain that? No I can not explain stuff about Minetest Game engine. Any problem now to aprobe my submit?
