It would be great to have in mldonkey the new feature of monitoring RSS torrent feeds and automatically start dowloading from a torrent when a keyword match is found in the RSS feed.

possible implementation:
- have a list of regexpes for each feed
- when the regexp trigger, download the item
- hash the item and store the hash, so as not to download it again next time
