On a 100 Mbits LAN, DCC speed is 3 Mbytes/sec instead of about 11 Mbytes/sec.
An option should be added for "fast DCC", that means sender does not wait for incoming ACK when sending file.
Moreover, DCC should be sent/received in a forked process, to increase speed and leave weechat do its normal stuff (like read keyboard, other sockets, ..)
