Currently most handlers only support operands of 32bit size (as 32bit registers, etc).

Corresponding source code
As of now basic support is in CVS. However, only vm_ins_push() makes use of it right now. There are also some functions missing that should make using the newly introduced functions easier.
As I'm actively working on this issue you can expect to see a solution soon.
