There should be a command or a set of commands for sorting playlists.  It should be possible to sort by any metadata field in any order, and it should be possible to sort just a region.

Sorting a region containing sections should sort those sections as units, not affecting the internal order of the section contents.  If one wants to sort the contents, one should first eliminate the sections by splicing, and then sort the resulting objects.
