Scrolling up in buffer history currently indicates there is more to read by displaying "-MORE-". It would be nice if the number of lines would be displayed, for instance "-87L MORE-" oder "-MORE (87L)-".
This would be useful when jumping to the first unread line to see at a glance how much has been said since.
