Committed for tests in branch "scroll-beyond-end" (command: /window scroll_beyond_end).
If possible, please test this version before it is merged to master (it can have side-effects on other scrolls in windows).

Hi,

as a long-time irssi-user I got used to '/clear' very much to clear the screen. This unfortunately celars the scrollback buffer of a buffer as well which is not quite the behaviour I'd expect :-/

Is it  therefore possible to separate 'clear history/scrollback buffer' from '/clear (screen)'?

I hope I was clear as well ;-)

Thanks for the hard work!
Stefan
