There's a small spelling error in rdiff-backup too: The error message should be changed to: [...] because this feature [...]
Thanks.

When using --compare-hash or --verify I get a message like

Warning: Cannot find SHA1 digest for file some/file.txt,
perhaps because these feature was added in v1.1.1

for files that were hard linked to other files in the archive.

For integrity reasons it should check if it is hard linked to the right file or a digest should be recorded for hard links too (and then checked). Otherwise data corruption could possibly pass unnoticed despite SHA1 digests.

At the very least if should show a different warning, to make clear why there was no hash, but I'd prefer the above option, as it would ensure data integrity.

Thanks a lot, rdiff-backup is great, keep up the great work, and I hope you can fix this.

For the record: I'm using rdiff-backup 1.1.14 on Debian testing/lenny.
