Should be fixed: internal channel structure was not deleted when channel or private buffer is closed with /buffer close (or /close).

Needs some tests on channels and private buffers.

I connected to a second server, dal.net.  When I joined my first channel (#DALnetHelp), I ended up in a private buffer, alone.  When I closed that and visited the dal.net server buffer, I could see the channel join messages (names and topic) in the server buffer and error messages for commands I hadn't issued.  Then the server disconnected (don't know if it was related).  After the reconnect I was able to join #DALnetHelp successfully.
