saving a map the instance a racetrack was going to get upgraded but still has globs in the forbidden area results in a savegame that has a forbidden area and a racetrack in a state it offers to cancel upgrade in but it neither gets converted to a construction site once the globs left the forbidden are nor does the forbidden area get removed. (see savegame attached)
