when the building/population limit was hit, nothing explains that.

placing a building in the way of a glob results in forbidden areas.

as it's rather lengthy to hit the building limit i attached a savegame. the map was 512x64. hitting poplim is very likely on bigger maps. there are maps that are 8 times that big. due to low performance they are just not jet played a lot.
