currently, positioning of clips in the gui is restricted to ss.xxx accuracy, and all marks (whether CD or not) is restricted to ss.ff (at 75 f/s).

i would suggest that clips and non-CD marks should be positionable with sample accuracy - perhaps an option to choose hh:mm:ss.xxx or samples on the timeline and in dialogs which display or allow editing of positions.
