Debian's default GNOME theme comes from gnome-themes, which is pulled in by gnome-core. So gnome-core needs to depend on our gnome-theme-galaxia to install it by default. And because gnome-theme-galaxia depends on gnome-themes, we can replace the dependency instead of adding it.
