On a CLI-only Yeeloong system the wifi interface doesn't come up at boot time, even though it's configured correctly in /etc/network/interfaces. This is because the network is brought up in /etc/rcS.d/networking, but the wifi chip is turned on in runlevel 2, which runs after rcS.
