In libgag/src/TextStream.cpp, method TextOutputStream::write():

 if (name.size());
 {
     printString(name);
     printString(" = ");
 }

Notice the semicolon which makes the block below the if unconditional.

The same issue is also present in TextOutputStream::writeText().
