Programming from the Ground Up released under GNU FDL

I finally took the time to figure out Savannah and what the requirements for the FDL were, and release PGU under the FDL. A PDF of version 0.5 which includes the FDL license is available in the file download area. To get the XML sources, just use CVS. Many thanks to GNU for providing such a place to host projects!
