You need to have the GPG key in your apt-key database. Does it work after you run this command?

sudo apt-key adv --keyserver subkeys.pgp.net --recv-keys E4D09D08BF119352

Due to e-mail list error send anhoter error massage and support issue this way insted.
I have downloaded repo via FTP and use external disk (uri start whit file://). I get in synaptics this error:

How come?

If this error can be solved I think it is a good ide to have repo snapshot by torrent. I suspect that for many filesherares that around 210 GB is not that much. Bring gNewSense i mass to filesherers!
