I use Synaptic to manage my applications. The version of TreeLine available to me from Synaptic is 1.2.4 This version cannot open a treeline file which I originally prepared on Windows using version 2.0.0. The author, Doug Bell, suggests that the mismatch of versions may cause the problem.
The current version of TreeLine is 2.0.2. Could you make it available under Synaptic?
