A user should be able to create a room (like IRC #channels), and all of his contacts should see it and be able to join. The owner of the room should forward messages to all contacts in the room. Every contact should see messages of people in the room even if they don't know each other. Rooms should not disappear when the owner goes away, the user that more contacts has in common with the creator should be the new owner.
