Partially fixed.  The normal polyphonic out now works correctly (mixes down).

Still unsure about the pass through subpatches.

So I already did find out it has to do with polyphonic subpatches.
Made a small test patch with 4 cases (attached). Best see for yourself, load poly_root.om, connect always one of the outputs.

A polyphonic patch plays only one midi note and ignores all whil it's held (not the newest note and retrigger behaviour implemented for monophonic patches).
