Yes we want support IEEE-1516.
Supporting SISO HLA1.3 would be nice.

You are right we have to find both
build/runtime layout which makes it possible
to Use CERTI for US HLA 1.3/IEEE-1516/SISO HLA 1.3.

Patches are welcomed as usual :=)
However I'd rather build on CMake usage for the build
system part than autoconf.

I think we are ready to drop autoconf support.
CMake-related remaining problem are far less painful
than the current autoconf ones.

I'm trying to compile dtHLAGM in http://www.delta3d.org with CERTI. I got an error that 'getMinExtent' is not a member of 'RTI::Region'.
This is correct; there is no such member in the US HLA1.3. Problem is that delta3d requires SISO-STD-004 compliancy, which is not supported by CERTI.

It would be fine to support SISO HLA1.3, but (although SISO HLA1.3 should be backwards compatible to US HLA1.3) the original US headers should not be modified.
If you agree that SISO HLA1.3 support would be nice, I can provide you the headers and necessary patches, but the directory/makefile structure should somehow be changed to keep US HLA1.3 untouched. This will be anyway necessary for IEEE1516 and(?) SISO-STD-004.1 support.

This is related to bug #22881.
