The POSIX standard requires select() and poll() to return -1 and set
errno to EINTR when they are signaled to be interrupted while waiting.

In my previous set of patches over the POSIX library, sys_arch_sem_wait can return SYS_ARCH_INTR when receiving UINT32_MAX as timeout.
This patch updates select() and poll() to listen to interruptions and meet the POSIX requirements.
