Tue 21 Oct 2014 12:07:58 PM UTC, original submission:   Ownership should be released to RTIG if federate exits without explicitly releasing them. Currently CERTI only supports DELETE_OBJECTS_AND_RELEASE_ATTRIBUTES, but it does not actually release attributes. This patch fixes that part of the issue. This patch is also important for patch #8494 as in that crash case the typical crash cleanup is not executed in RTIG (as RTIA has not crashed, but just parent federate program).
