Corresponding source code
During the majority of the project, UglifyJS was used for minification. Recently, the project switched to Closure Compiler, which produced a number of warnings. The majority of them have been fixed, but additional work is need to decipher and resolve the remaining warnings.
Some of the warnings are undocumented. I've dug through the source a bit, but that doesn't help to explain certain design decisions (for Closure Compiler).
