task #16529: Migrate util-ironclad to use libxcrypt instead of libgcrypt

Wed 27 Mar 2024 09:40:34 PM UTC, original submission:   util-ironclad's login and others use libgcrypt for passphrase hashing, using libxcrypt would be a better option, as it is a more lightweight library that provides exactly what we want, instead of the current use of libgcrypt and forcing specific cyphers.
