actually the bot can be fully controlled through irc and its configuration files.

though the editing of the configuration files is not allways as user friendly as it should be supposed it is.

therefore some user interfaces (graphical and none) should be implemented that allow:
- to change the settings of the bot, and its submodules
  using an eventual input help per setting that might be     extracted from the conf files
- to monitor the bot: status, connected servers/channels, activity per channel, ability to send commands to the bot, with transparent delegation to the irc server in case the command couldn't be interpreted.
- to monitor the traffic on the different channels
- ability to post on the connected channels
