When mount option 'noexec' is used, davfs2 will not allow to set execute permissions on regular files.
This is an error.
noexec should not affect file permissions. The kernel will prevent execution even if the execute bit is set. (see also sr #107841: davfs2 fails whenever there is a permission change)
