Corresponding source code
nd6 keeps its timers in ms, e.g. nd6_tmr() does 'x.reachable_time -= ND6_TMR_INTERVAL;' instead of 'x.reachable_time--;'
This should be changed to match what the rest of the stack does (-- is probably smaller, as well)
