When trying to copy to mounted share, all filesystem utils seem to show the local copy-making progress rather than actual progress of copying the file to the remote folder.

Some utils (like mc, midnight commander) "copy" file to mounted share and then somehow freeze until actual copying is finished. While copying in progress, the mounted part of the tree is hard to reach, for example, to list folders with `ls`.

Practical problem: when a user can't see the actual progress, he can't react on right time. This results with 0-size files are copied further in the workflow, etc. A user can't trust filesystem progress reports.

I use Ubuntu packaged davfs2 version `1.5.4-2`
