I did not notice the attached logs.

You already have set option follow_redirect.

davfs2 only supports redirects for files. What happens here is that the server redirects the first request to a special login page. davfs2 does not support redirects for the base URL. But it most probably would not help anyway. The server probably uses some authentication method that is not supported by davfs2.

302 Found is an HTTP status code. It says that the requested resource is temporarily redirected to another URL (which is in the Location header).

davfs2 has minimal support for redirects which is by default off. You can enable it with option "follow_redirect 1". This option is not much tested. Please report whether it works or what new kind of error you get.

Been trying to mount nextcloud over webdav using davfs2 without success for day now. Tried various version of both davfs2 and nextcloud. Followed the documentation to the letter and tried various configuration changes to no avail.

So I nevertheless suspect some config error on either side (but which?) Attached some logs which might shed some light on the matter (change some identifying credentials to be sure ;)

Any idea?
