According to the doc, Mesh.concatenate() or `+` should also work with empty meshes. However it does not.

Example
m=Mesh([[0.,0.,0.]],[[0]])
m1 = m + Mesh()

Should this be fixed or the doc adjusted?

PS. the following line also raises an error:
print ( Mesh() )
