Similarly to levelVolumes which returns based on the dimensionality of the element type the lengths, areas and volumes
can we add a levelVolume which returns the total length, area and volume?

Also can we add a parameter level to return the levelVolume(s) at a specific level which will first convert using faceMesh and edgeMesh?
