This is due to a missing _ in milter_mail_macros in default postfix config. It would likely be useful to warn on this without any debug given its rather important for spamassassin (like the spurious missing-i macro warning).

I started using spamass-milter and noticed that spamassassin thinks that roughly everything fails SPF, even when it should pass. From the X-Spam-Report spamassassin only read the Received: header immediately prior to the one that postfix created (I presume the milter ran before Postfix added the Received header). If I run spamassassin -t with the message as delivered it lists SPF_PASS instead.
