The full-featured -i flag was committed a while back.  -D has been deprecated in favor of the more general "-- spamcflags" method

I've had a rethink. You're right, with the plan of action you mention there is no need for both the oflag and lflag options.

I agree that 192.168. is not satisfactory, the solution of dynamically assigning local network addresses is more difficult which (being lazy) is why I didn't do it in a first draft...  A list of network address/mask pairs would seem the best solution.
I think separating the options for 127.0.0.1 from LAN machines is a good idea though.

Useful.  I'll definitely add the -D option as-is, since that seems to be the spamc option that most people want to be able to pass.

The -i flag would be better implemented as taking an argument instead of hardcoding 192.168, though :)  I'll see how easy it is to make it take a list of ips, like "127.0.0.1,192.168/16,10.0.0.0/255.0.0.0".  That should be flexible enough for everyone, and make the -o flag redundant.
