The Mesh peel() functions can be generalized. The user could specify what is the border to peel:
-elements with a border face
-elements with a border edge
-elements with a border node

Maybe, the best thing is to generalize the Mesh getBorderElems(), specifying when an element is considered on the border element (face, edge, node)
