Hi Paul,

The page you are referring to was at an early stage of development of pyFormex. Since then we have been developing exclusively on Linux. Windows users either use a dual boot (often booting from USB stick) or run Linux in a VM.

While there is in principle nothing that would prohibit creating a Windows version (all requirements are available on Windows as well), it would still be quite some task to make the necessary adjustments and tests. We sadly do not have the resources to do this. But we would certainly support anyone undertaking such task.
